Long walks, long talks.
Trodding through the nearly-melted snow, five motley wolves move with fierce determination. As they travel, a desire to return "home" burns in their heart. The Hidden Glade is a warm reprieve from the fetid stench and openly hostile city. A question sits heavily on their minds, as they grow more and more into their roles as true Garou, which totem will they seek patronage from?

Becker takes the time to enjoy the scenery the takes a breath calls for a halt.
ReplyDelete" Alright guys, now is as good a time as any... Anton has brought to my attention that we have been calling ourselves a pack fir awhile now. While that's not expressly true, one day it will be for real and when that day comes we won't just be some group of guys anymore. We will be united in one common purpose with the power of an spirit totem to guide us and help us further our goals..it's high time we found out what those goals will be, what our purpose as a pack is... I believe ode we have found our purpose we well stumble upon a totem we can all agree on!! So, dis anyone have any input on what we are ment to do?" Becker ends his talk wild eyed and breathng heavily...he smiles at you all with the thunder of Gaia in his heart and listens anxiously for your reply.
Conall turns and listens intently to Becker’s statement. He raises an eyebrow and says, “It’s funny yer shud say dat nigh cos oi wus basically wonderin' de seem tin'. I’ve been tinkin aboyt waaat sort av totem wud fit our pack best as well as allow us ter serve Gaia best. Frankly a war totem makes de most sense ter me.”

After a few seconds, he continues, “Me selfish first instinct wud be ter ask Morrigu, de Fianna mistress av battles. Unfortunately, she is pure prejudiced against non-Fianna an' wud be unlikely ter choose us.” He pauses again and looks up at each member of the group, “Ter be 'onest wi' meself an' ter truly assess our pack’s strengths an' weaknesses, oi tink a solid choice wud be Great Fenris.”
"You say a way totem would bee best and I don't woke heartedly disagree, but the question is why? What purpose are we to serve that leads you toward a totem of war? The task question here is what do we plan to do for the garou as a whole...not what means we plan on using"

Oi believe our purpose is ter cleanse de Springs av de Wyrm, an' ter do dat we nade a totem av war. If yer accept dat premise, de quesshun is whaich war totem? Dare are several dat might be appropriate, but Oi still tink Great Fenris suites our temperament an' style de best."
